At Only Black 365, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here's our cancellation policy:
You can cancel an order at any time before it's dispatched. Once your order is out for delivery, cancellation won't be possible, but you can choose to reject it when it arrives at your doorstep.
The time window for cancellation varies depending on different product categories, and once this specified time has passed, cancellation may not be allowed for free, and a cancellation fee could be applicable. The exact time window can be found on the product page or order confirmation page.
In cases where the seller cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
Please note that Only Black 365 reserves the right to accept or decline the cancellation of any order. We also have the flexibility to modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

Our returns policy is divided into three parts, each with its own set of conditions and options for returns:
Part 1 – Category, Return Window, and Actions Possible
This section provides information about specific product categories, return windows, and available actions, such as refund, replacement, or exchange.
It's important to note that some categories may require installation by the brand's authorized personnel for returns to be eligible.
Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In this part, you'll find details about the pick-up process, where your product will be checked for conditions like the correct product, completeness, unused state, undamaged product and packaging, among others.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received by the seller.
Part 3 - General Rules for a Successful Return
This section outlines general rules that apply to successful returns, such as the possibility of a refund in cases where the seller cannot process a replacement.
For open box deliveries, where you receive a different or damaged product, refunds will be provided.
In cases where installation is provided by Only Black 365's service partners, please refrain from opening the product packaging by yourself.
For furniture-related issues, authorized service personnel will assess and attempt to resolve the issue. Full replacement will be provided if deemed necessary by the service personnel.
Only Black 365 reserves the right to limit the number of returns per order unit after evaluation by our authorized representative.
